Together on the track to success

Step 1

Talent starts as a consultant (6 – 12 months contract) in our client company.

Step 2

Talent works in the client company as a consultant and the client and the employee take time to get to know each other. We give support each step of the track to ensure a successful recruitment.

Step 3

After consultation period, client has the option to hire the talent full-time.
